Terrgeum provides professionally managed agroforestry participation projects, plantation units, land share participation, agricultural land purchases where legally permitted and plantation management services. Specific rights are governed by separate agreements.
Website Usage
Do not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, copy content without permission or misrepresent your identity.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Pricing & Payments
Prices may change without notice. Payments may be made online or through approved channels. Terrgeum may reject suspicious transactions.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by Terrgeum’s Refund Policy. Certain executed plantation participation agreements may be non-refundable.
Plantation Participation
Agricultural outcomes depend on environmental, regulatory and market conditions. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Terrgeum does not guarantee yields, returns, land appreciation, carbon credits or project outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All logos, text, graphics, images, videos and website content belong to Terrgeum India Private Limited.
Limitations of Liability
Terrgeum is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, agricultural risks, market conditions, natural disasters or force majeure events to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure
Performance delays caused by events beyond reasonable control do not create liability.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify Terrgeum for claims arising from misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
Terrgeum may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
