- A community member register or annexure may be prepared and maintained

- To facilitate administrative coordination and communication among participants
Step 7 - Governance Setup
- Roles within the community may be defined
- Governance processes may be outlined
- Representatives is identified or selected for coordination purposes
- Community and farm management agreements may be formalized, where applicable
- A communication channel (such as a messaging group) may be created for updates
